Clarity Collaborations is a privately held entity based in Canberra, ACT, Australia which provides communications services. Email is an integral part of Clarity Collaborations business and an important means of communicating with customers, service providers and third-parties.

The purpose of this Email Legal Notice is to regulate the use and receipt of email to and from Clarity Collaborations in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act 2000 (Vic). 

3.  Privacy Policy, Related Website Terms of Use, Email and Participation

The scope of this Policy extends to information collected through our Website, including the related email functionality and ‘Contact Us’ provisions. It does not include third-party links, including those to social media. Your use of all third-party links will be governed by the privacy policies and terms of use of those service providers. While our customer relationships for participation in our services are subject to different legal rules and contractual arrangement, this Privacy Policy also applies to those relationships.
